B.A.R.B - Bad a$$ Runners for B
On August 23rd 1997 I was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 6 years old. After numerous phone calls my parents made the decision to take me for treatment at Tomorrows Children's.
This was the best decision that could have been made. Throughout my treatments I made life long bonds. The doctors and nurses are still family friends and continue to support me.
Tomorrow's Children helped make me the person I am today, and for that I am grateful.
After 20 years since diagnosis, and 18 years since my last chemo treatment it is time to give back to the community that has held my hand and stood by me step by step. Please consider donating to this great organization so they can continue to help children battle cancer, the same way they were able to help me!
